Learn about the District ➜I have never met someone more dedicated and professional in all the work they do than Eric. His goal has always been to make his community a better place and he always demonstrates a level of leadership and commitment few others do.
I know him to be an honest person who acts with integrity. I've worked with him in an advocacy organization and he conducted himself with dignity and care for others around him.
From helping get membership in DSA involved to coordinating strike support, Eric isn't just a politician running for a vote, but a real organizer who can map the interplay of oppression wherever it is and press for action. A vote for Eric isn't just a vote to put someone in a chair. It's a vote for the collective action it will take to make Virginia a state that works for more than a few. It's a vote for a true commonwealth.
I have known Eric since 2019. From his time in the general assembly we collaborated on legislation that became law regarding the rights of trans youth. He is a committed ally to LGBTQ people, but even more so he is a strong leader with a mindset of unity. Eric worked on countless bills and laws to better the lives of working-class people.
Eric possess a combination of qualities such as vision, empathy, communication skills, integrity, decisiveness, adaptability, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. He leads by example, empower his team members, and he is always committed to the goals that he sets! Eric will always prioritize the needs of the communities above his personal gain, listen to and engage with constituents, and work collaboratively to address challenges and improve society. Our collaboration made a significant positive impact in the 25th District so I know his dedication and passion will truly make a difference in the City Council!
